Here, you can find different crafts for all different kinds of art that will help with using art as a therapy.

CRAFT ONE.

MUSIC MAKER CRAFT.

You need:

1 toilet paper roll
1 small bag full of beads and rice

        

         How to: 

1. Fold one end of the toilet paper roll in.
2. Fill the empty toilet paper roll with the beads and uncooked rice included in the small bag.
3. Repeat step one on the other side of the toilet paper roll.
4. Tape the edges down.
5. Decorate with glitter, stickers, or drawings you make!

CRAFT TWO.

GUITAR CRAFT.

                                               You need:

    1 empty tissue box
1 empty paper towel roll
4 rubber bands
1 glue bottle
1 pencil

How to:

1. Color your empty paper towel roll with markers, crayons, glitter or stickers.
2. Glue one end of the paper towel roll on the top of the tissue box, the shorter end.
3. Wrap the four rubber bands, one at a time, around the tissue box so the rubber bands are placed right above the opening where the tissues would come out.
4. Put the pencil underneath the rubber bands on the side away from the paper towel roll.
5. Decorate and strum away!
